[wpkg-users] privileges Windows 7 UAC

Hello!

In our environment we'are using WPKG Client
<http://wpkg.org/WPKG_Client>to execute WPKG. It runs with SYSTEM
privileges and do not need UAC
deactivation on Seven.

Also take a closer look at WPKG-GP <http://wpkg.org/WPKG-GP>. If you have
AD it might be better solution.
