AFAIK no, it is a client limitation, not a server one; you can ''hack''
it on samba defining smb aliases: eg logged user can connect to
\\server\share with their credentials, and wpkg service can connect to
\\wpkgserver\share with guest or provided credential, but 'wpkgserver'
is an alias of 'server' (and so the share is the same ;).
