[wpkg-users] WPKG and Windows 8 quirks (was: WPKG Client modified to run at Windows Vista, 7, 8 shutdown)

We use WPKG-GP, and then included a call to wpkgpipeclient.exe as a
shutdown script.

This works with the hybrid shutdown on Windows 8.

We also made changes to WPKG-GP.ini in the actual call to wpkg.js, so that
it instead calls a batch script so that we can piggy-back a few other tasks
on to it, such as uploading logs, refreshing Reports, etc.
