Yes, it means the vid is in a consistent state.

If some object isn't consistent, for.e,g, you have 3 copies, one is X,
the other two is Y. Then this object will be fixed into a consistent
state either all is X or all is Y.

Suppose object 7c2b2500000001 (vdi named 'test') is only one
inconsistent, then with 'vdi check' command you will see:

fix 7c2b2500000001 success
finish check&repair test
