Special problem in on or two node setup with cluster mode unsafe.

sheepdog (0.4.0-0+tek2b-10) testing; urgency=high

  * new init.d start/stop script, stop use kill or shutdown
    - Killing a node invalidate its data and data is lost. (normal behavior)
    - So we shutdown the whole cluster if there is only one physical node left.
