[sheepdog-users] qemu-img convert and cpu used by sheep

I'm converting a vdi to a compressed qcow2
  qemu-img convert -c -O qcow2 sheepdog:squeeze3 squeeze3.qcow2

I notice that sheep uses more than 40% of cpu (more than qemu-img it self: 25%).

Usually sheep uses very little cpu and I think the compression is done
by qemu-img.

Is it normal that sheep uses a lot of cpu in this case?
