Ok, I got to know that guest has been started on another guest without flushing the cache. I didn't know about that and flushed the cache later. This sure leads to vdi corruption so xfs_fails. I'm going to recreate the vdi and see I'll get any problems later. PS: now all my hosts have at least 4G of ram. Bye.
