I also use server B to connect server A's IP directly. The result is the
same.

So the sheepdog performance is bad when it be accessed remotely?

Gateway performance is very slow.  If you are not going to be running a 
full sheep node on server B and simply want it to host VMs I would look 
at using iSCSI or the nbd mode of qemu.
