[sheepdog-users] sheep journaling

I started out with journaling, but as of now, most images live on a 
server that doesn't have journaling enabled for sheepdog.  I didn't see 
much benefit at the time, but I'm also currently constrained by 1G 
ethernet for my interconnects.
