Hi,
I'm putting my fist steps into sheepdog and I'm getting the idea how it works. I've setup a 3 node cluster and I'm now trying to find out what to do when failures arise. So while installing a VM on a newly created vdi I've killed one of the sheep daemons (kill -9 xxxx) this looked allright. Recovery kicked in and the VM continued. After recovery was complete, I tried to start the sheep daemon and that failed because of some journal errors. I added the 'skip' to the journal option and recovery kicked in again. Looked all fine to me!
But... To be sure I did a dog vdi check and that gives me:
object 2e754900000844 is inconsistent
And it seems to be unable to fix it because a next run gives the same errors. Now I'm not sure about the status of this VDI and/or cluster, any tips on how to proceed now?
Met vriendelijke groet,
Micha Kersloot
