[sheepdog-users] Serialize inflight requests

[Vedvyas shanbhogue]

I have only picked the patch to serialize against inflight requests from
the branch. I will test against the branch and let you know how it goes .
I am traveling today but I will send the tgt error logs as well which are
primarily bs_sheepdog_request and sd_io reporting the error . Sorry I don't
have access to my machines to attach the logs right now .
