[Sheepdog] Openstack: is sheepdog support limited to volumes?

Currently, OpenStack virtual machines cannot boot from Sheepdog
volumes.  The work is still on going, and will be supported in the
next release, Diablo.  What you can do with the current version is
attaching/detaching Sheepdog volumes to the OpenStack virtual
machines.
