[Sheepdog] [PATCH v3]timestamp epoch log

This patch set timestamps the epoch log, that is supposed to help admins to
get more info about cluster history.

Changes from v3 to v2:
 - change time_t in epoch_log to uint64_t as Kazum suggested.

Changes from v2 to v1:
 - remove extra dprintfs when update epoch log
