[sheepdog] [PATCH 1/2] checkpatch.pl: forbid empty lines after break; line

[Hitoshi Mitake]

This patch lets checkpatch.pl forbid empty lines after break; line.

For example, a patch which contains

+	break;
+

like this causes an error.
