[sheepdog] [PATCH stable-0.6 0/2] manual update for sockfd cache

[Hitoshi Mitake]

This update contains two manaul update for the sockfd caching mechanism. The
first one is a trivail fix for removing a compiler warning. The second one is a
fix for memory leak in sockfd cache.

If no one complains about this update for 3 days, this update will be pushed to
stable-0.6 (at 2013/09/05).
