[wpkg-users] prevent users from logging in

Hi,

i am testing to run wpkg as a service. I used wpkg-installer-0.50 to set
up the service and it seems to work fine.
But is it somehow possible to prevent users from logging in while wpkg
is running and showing up a message that wpkg run? I find it quite
annoying if a package is installed which reboots the system and a user
already logged in.
