[wpkg-users] prevent users from logging in

Hmm, not at the moment.

The next version will allow to hide all windows displayed by WPKG and 
installers (run totally in the background).

Preventing the user from logging in seems more challenging... But I'll 
add it to the TODO list.

Any more wishes? :)
