Just a guess, as you didn't follow my advice in #1:

1. Did you use the "Test settings..." button at all?
2. <path-user>administrator</path-user> is most likely invalid. If it's a
domain user, it should be DOMAIN\Administrator. If it's a local user, it should
be THIS_WORKSTATION\Administrator (or WORKGROUP\Administrator).
