[wpkg-users] [Bug 89] WPKG Client service fails to start

There is a service entry in the registry, but if I try to view with
compmgmt.msc or remove it with instsrvw, it isn't listed.

Here is the registry export from this:

If I try to remove this entry as administrator, I get an error that I have not
enough rights.
