How about a /recheck parameter? Rainer? :p
I can already see the problems with administrators that remove software through the control panel of Windows and then wondering about why wpkg doesn't work as expected anymore. With /recheck you could make sure that noone uninstalls any wpkg-maintained packages or at least that it re-installs them if someone removed them.
