Patch for more loglevels: check,packages,system

Newer version of this patch that adds one more loglevel "check", so we have
now:

Function Level Name
dinfo     8    AUDIT_SUCCESS
sinfo    16    AUDIT_SYSTEM
cinfo    32    AUDIT_CHECKS
pinfo    64    AUDIT_PACKAGES
