[wpkg-users] special chars in packages.xml

Hello all,

I'm using french version of Adobe Reader, and in add/remove programs, you
can find:

Adobe Reader 8 - Français

This special ç seems to be forbidden as I get a "Error parsing xml: un
caractère incorrect a été trouvé dans un contenu texte."

That means: an incorrect char was found in text content.

Is there a way to specify char encoding ?

My idea behind this is: Couldn't we use regular expression in packages.xml ?
