[wpkg-users] permissions problem after settings update

Yes. Fortunately i've installed wpkg only on some (circa 15) box of 50,
so for now i've done a:

1) no change on revision for the (virtual) package that install wpkg
settings, so no trigger an update.

2) setup a 'voluntary' upgrade of WPKGSetup: i've simply build up a
.bat script and the upgrade of WPKGSetup simply consist of copying such
.bat on C:\Document and Settings\Administrator\Start Menu\Programs\Auto Run\
so if i logon with Administrator the bat trigger and run the upgrade.
