My computer is member of a domain, so I used the Domain Adminitrator

Running msiexec -i "wpkgsetup.msi" takes my a little further within the
installtion process, than just double clicking on the file, even so the
admin account is used whe double clicking.

Turning off UAC is no solution, because it is needed for other programs
for some reasons to work correctly.
It might help to try some beta versions. If you be so kind to send me a
