[wpkg-users] WPKG and "the network path was not found" error

Sometime someone write about this problem, that seems simply 'network
trouble'.

Try to simply 'delay' wpkg.js execution, eg putting on WPKGClient
pre-script a delay (tipically, a 10-packet ping to some IP).
