If you're going to use your own extensions, the only guarantee it won't collide
with future upstream releases is to name it uniquely, i.e., as you write,
"my_own_download" (perhaps a better name can be found).

As you mentioned, "download" name fits perfectly here, and therefore, you can't
expect us to use "other_name_for_download_because_jens_already_uses_it" just
because you use "download" for your own private extension already...


And that being said, there was a talk of using "download" as early as in may
