[wpkg-users] Error when writing to event log

Ok... so apparently the windows event log?  I actually never noticed
it did this.  I've always relied on the log file.  I don't see a parameter
in config.xml that controls this.  Loglevel doesn't appear to control
this as it does with the text log file.  Is there a way to control
the event log?
