[wpkg-users] WPKG Client 1.3.6 64bit error

I'm trying to install WPKG 1.3.6 64bit on Vista 64bit.  2x clicking on 
WPKG_Client 1.3.6_64.msi gives the error "Could not access network 
location wpkg".  But I haven't specified a location, an older WPKG is 
not even installed on this computer.  1.3.5 64bit installs fine.  But, 
it installs in c:\program files (x86)\wpkg even though it is the 64bit 
installer.  why is it installing in x86, and why am i getting that error 
with 1.3.6?
