Hi Rainer (and everyone),

 Sorry I didn't respond to this earlier. Real life caught up
unexpectedly.

I read everyone's comments and learnt a lot more about WPKG and it's
philosophy.
The penny dropped on the design. Doh! I should have thought that one out
better :-)

 I'll squeeze some time out tonight to re-think the ideas and come up
with some much better clearer proposals :-)
