[wpkg-users] getting started

I am having no luck and not sure what I am missing.
I am trying for now to get one program pushed out to our clients.
Do I need to make changes to wpkg.js initially to get this to work? Any help is greatly appreciated.

I ran a debug which gave me the following.

**I placed the setup3.exe in the wpkg folder
**I have made no changes to config.xml
