Uninstalling wpkg client 1.3.5 via wpkg client during system startup hangs on
"Stopping WPKG Service".

Using pskill as remove command to kill wpkg client before doing uninstall
works, as it did for previous version (1.2.1).

Removing wpkg manually is also successful.
