It won't get automatically stable by just releasing it.

However, if anyone has a spare 64 bit Windows license, it would greatly 
help.
We need a 64 bit version of Windows here (XP 64 bit and/or Vista 64 bit) 
for WPKG Client development/testing on 64 bit Windows.
