[wpkg-users] Package Install Trigger

What is supposed to trigger a package being installed after everything
is configured on the samba side and the client is running on the target
hosts?

Is it a reboot, a log off/log in, both?  The reason I ask is that it
seems that I have reboot the machine to get packages to be installed
once I update any of the xml files.
