[wpkg-users] openoffice 3.0.1 fails with error 1638

Error 1638 means: "Another version of this product is already installed. 
Installation of this version cannot continue. To configure or remove the 
existing version of this product, use Add/Remove Programs on the Control 
Panel."

I guess they didn't increase the package revision, that's why this error 
happens.
Sounds like an upstream OpenOffice packaging bug.
