[wpkg-users] UserEnvManager

For those who are using wpkg the UserEnvManager may be an interresting 
addition.

It gives you the ability to maintain shortcuts, network drives and 
network printers for the different users of your Windows network. 
Similar to wpkg it is also written in JScript, the whole configuration 
is done via XML files, you can also host it on Samba without the need 
for native Windows servers and you can use it free of charge.

New with release 2.5 is a web-frontend for doing the whole configuration.
