Yes, it seems so, I juste have one line more in the log :

Yes, I'm really using SP2.

I've joined a capture screen for more informations.

In addition to the screenshot, I have some debug info in the eventlog :
  Application défaillante WPKGSrv.exe, version 1.0.0.13, module 
défaillant WPKGSrv.exe, version 1.0.0.13, adresse de défaillance 0x0000a704.

Monday I will try with XP with NO service pack.
