Currently if configuration options are set to non default in config.xml, these
cannot be overridden on the command line.  

Would be nice to be able to specify, for example, /noquiet /notify
/nosendStatus /useCase /noapplyMultiple etc  (or /quiet=false /notify=true
/sendStatus=false )
