As I said in the other thread - please,read the answers more carefully.

I asked you to run  _psexec_ locally using _cmd.exe_ as parameter and 
then run msiexec from within cmd.exe.
This should show you the problem - if you use psexec with the same 
parameters (e.g. domain\useradmin user). Of course, using a command 
prompt with administrative rights, all goes well. But this is not the 
same as running psexec.

That's clear - perhaps there is a dialog or prompt on the screen
which you can't see from the remote machine.
