WPKG v1.2.0 includes some problems, which surface on rare occasions.

Try WPKG v1.2.1-RC45 available at http://wpkg.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/wpkg/wpkg/stable/src/main/resources/wpkg/

Due to its many enhancements, I use it for production now without problems.
