--- Comment #3 from Rainer Meier <r.meier at wpkg.org> ---
Hi Falko,
This looks slightly more complex than I've initially thought. Anyway I have
re-written the XML reading functionality of WPKG in order to re-introduce XSLT
processing which allows you to use constructs as in your
firefox-ext-aardvark.xml.
I really hope it's not breaking any packages or other XML readings. Currently
I've done some quick test with plain XML files and using namespaces as you can
find it in the new templates included in WPKG 1.2.1 RC.
@Stefan Pendl: Would you mind running your test suite against WPKG 1.2.1-RC47
again?
Changes 2011-11-21, v1.2.1-RC47 by Rainer Meier <r.meier (at) wpkg.org>
FIX: Re-implemented XSL transforms when reading XML files. This allows some
more "special" XML definitions which include content from other files or
the use of XML "templating".
The implementation might require some more through testing to verify it
does not breask any existing package definitions. Especially when using
mixed package definition, some using namespaces and others who don't use.
Fixes bug 257. Thanks to Falko Trojahn.
br,
Rainer
