TSVN 1.7.0 is really nice and the release notes at http://tortoisesvn.net/tsvn_1.7_releasenotes.html tell you about the migration.
It did not last long for my project, but I only migrated the WC on a testing system.
Will go into production with TSVN 1.7.1 ;-)
