We are a good team, but if I would do less mistakes it would safe you some
headache ;)

FIX: Conditional nodes which did not match were not excluding the enclosing
     XML node. Therefore negative evaluation of conditions did not have
     any effect.
     Fixes bug 248. Thanks to Stefan Pendl for reporting.


Actually wpkg.js just hit the 10000 lines of code wall. Shall we celebrate? ;)
