The "expandURL" attribute is an optional attribute which is taken into account 
by WPKG. There is no hash attribute taken into account by WPKG. However feel 
free to add it to any of your XML files, WPKG will simply ignore it.

If I would put a "hash" or similar attribute into the XSD, Then people would 
assume that WPKG is doint anything with it - which is not the case.

I am not willing to add any attribute to the XSD files which are added by users 
for their convenience. So if you need this attribute for your own projects feel 
free to modify the XSD file locally too if you need.

The downloader script is run as a command and therefore the hashes are used 
there only, but not within the WPKG "native" download attribute.
