It's OK. But in "release note" to version 1.3.0 you wrote:
"Note that this version still includes 100% compatibility with previous WPKG
1.2.0. So upgrading is supposed to be as easy as replacing wpkg.js with the
latest version."

I understand, I should to read a complete list of changes since WPKG 1.2.0
release. But "MOD: Changed variable expansion order" was not very clearly to
me.
