[wpkg-users] some confusion on validating the wpkg config.xml file - correct xml/xsd header lines syntax?

I found that I've never completed config.xsd and the param element within the 
config element was declared to be of type string.

Anyway, I've fixed it in SVN now (version 1.3.1-RC4).
