[wpkg-users] Dot in password not imported by WPKG client

Hi there,

when installing WPKG client and importing settings from an XML file 
(in the wpkginst.exe startet during installation), the password is 
not properly imported if there is a dot (".") in the password. 
Imported string ends at this position.
Same when starting wpkginst diretcly or with a package wich update 
the wpkg settings. This package uses also an xml settingsfile 
(%PROGRAMFILES%\wpkg\wpkginst.exe 
--SETTINGSFILE=%SOFTWARE%\wpkg\settings.xml)

Entering it directly works.

Is there any workaround for this? I tried to put the password in 
quotes and also to enter it as CDATA (<![CDATA[passwordwithadot]]>), 
nothin worked.
