Reponse for helping others : 

Click Start, Run and type:

 regsvr32
scrrun.dll

 Press Enter. 

And reboot, all should be good. Main problem
appears when desinstalling software (I don't know exactly which one)
causing Windows Script Host to fail execute. 

error 8007007e in log.
