Hi,
I'm still happy running wpkg on shutdown with the wpkg-client on
windows7, both 32 and 64 bit.
I use the versions from Krzysztof Gibas for delaying shutdown.
Users are not informed about what is happening, but on shutdown this
seems not too important.

OK, I've made modifications to the installer I've been talking about:

- new service is included
- PreshutdownTimeout registry entry for service is added
- MSI properly asks for elevation
