[debian-non-standard] 2 isps and iptables mark

It may be that some module is missing (or is just not loaded).

Or some other kernel part.

Unfortunately, I've no idea what it is.

If you could ask at netfilter or some other list and report back here, I 
could build a kernel which includes this feature?
