[debian-non-standard] Upgrading Asus WL500g premium from Lenny to Squeeze

Hi!

I have Debian Lenny with kernel 2.6.30 from you, Tomasz (wpkg.org). What 
would be recommended update procedure? First building a new kernel or first 
aptitude/apt-get dist-upgrading the system?

I wonder about udev/kernel incompatibilities. But then Squeeze has 2.6.32, 
which doesn´t seem to far away from 2.6.30.
